Advanced Concepts lawsuit

The case of Oppedahl & Larson v. Advanced Concepts et al., now closed, had to do with meta tags and other hidden uses of "Oppedahl" and "Larson" in some eleven pages of some three web sites.

A humorous response

One commenter, inspired by our lawsuit, has created a web page which comes up prominently in search engines when the search terms "Oppedahl" and "Larson" are used, and yet which accomplishes this result overtly rather than by means of hidden tags as described in the Complaint in the Advanced Concepts case. The page is humorous, yet makes a valid point about how search engines work.
