Subsequent to our filing of the Advanced Concepts case we have learned of other cases in which meta tags or other hidden uses play a part. The cases are:
One commenter, inspired by our lawsuit, has created a web page which comes up prominently in search engines when the search terms "Oppedahl" and "Larson" are used, and yet which accomplishes this result overtly rather than by means of hidden tags as described in the Complaint in the Advanced Concepts case. The page is humorous, yet makes a valid point about how search engines work.
