Host environment does not support date formatting

You may find, upon installing ePave 4.1 and using it for the first time, that it pops up an error message saying "Host environment does not support date formatting."

The solution provided by telephone from the USPTO help desk is to click start/run and then to type the following command line:

regsvr32 c:\winnt\system32\ssfm1032.dll

You will then hopefully see a screen that says registration of the DLL is successful.

You can then run ePave and hopefully you will not see the error message when it runs.
