Turning now to my mother's ancestors.

My mother's parents (my maternal grandparents) were Robert Edward Reinhold Liljedahl and Clara H. Gangstead, then Clara H. Liljedahl. My grandmother died before I was born; I never knew her. My grandfather died when I was about eight. I have only a few memories of him.
